Cantileavered Steel Floor Beams

Exposed Roof Glulam Beams

Hidden Structure: Formed small patch concrete piers on bedrock. Used structural steel as a base for the main cottage with sawn wood for the decks. A mixture of exposed glulam and sawn lumber roof joists is the vision from James with the client.
